Dropshipping with CJdropshipping and Printful

Before you start

Enterlumix provides two independent supplier connectors, not demo catalogs. Install CJdropshipping or Printful from the App Store, then open it from Settings > Apps. You need your own supplier account, approved API access and supplier billing method. Enterlumix never supplies shared credentials or purchases products just because you install an app.

Bangladesh is not a blanket delivery guarantee. Request a live shipping quote for every product/destination. Customs, import restrictions, delivery time, taxes and returns remain your responsibility. Neither connector promises Bangladesh local COD collection. Customer payment to your store and payment to your supplier are separate.

CJdropshipping account

Create your own account at https://cjdropshipping.com. Install the API app if required, then open Authorization > API and create an activated API key. Enter it only in the installed app's connection form. CJ issues access tokens; reconnect when credentials expire or permissions change. Account eligibility, API limits, product availability and supplier shipping services are controlled by CJ.

Printful account and designs

Create your own account at https://printful.com, create an API/custom store and obtain a private token from the Developer Portal. Use a token authorized for your store, sync-product reads, order reads/writes and shipping estimates. Supply the correct store ID. This first connector uses a merchant-owned private token, not a public OAuth app.

Prepare your own print-ready designs and synced product variants in Printful before importing. An empty Printful store correctly returns no products. Printful is print-on-demand, not an importer for arbitrary AliExpress URLs. Do not sell copyrighted designs without permission.

Import real products

Search the supplier catalog or open a supplier product ID. Choose a variant, enter the number of store-currency units per USD, markup percent and a selling cap. No guessed exchange rate is used. Each supplier variant becomes a separate draft product; existing products and multi-variant behavior are not modified.

Selling price = supplier USD base unit cost × your exchange rate × (1 + markup / 100). Shipping, customs, taxes, Printful extra print placement/options and provider final invoice charges are not included. Review a final supplier cost estimate before selling; a base catalog price is not a guaranteed landed cost or profit margin.

Review draft title, images, content, sale price, shipping and destination eligibility in Products before publishing. Imported image URLs remain provider-hosted HTTPS images; this connector does not scrape sites or copy arbitrary HTML.

Automatic sync

When connected and installed, mapped base prices and availability sync hourly via php artisan dropshipping:sync. Run Laravel's scheduler (php artisan schedule:run every minute), or run the sync command directly from an hourly cron job; do not enable both. Without a deployed scheduler or dedicated cron job, use Sync mapped products now. Sync does not change names, descriptions, sale-price overrides, publication, historical order totals or unrelated products.

Large catalogs run in time-limited batches to keep supplier operation locks valid. Older mappings are processed first; run Sync again or allow subsequent scheduled runs to process remaining products. Manual sync stops with an explicit message when more products remain.

CJ supplies warehouse inventory; local availability is capped by your chosen selling cap. Printful exposes stock availability rather than an exact warehouse quantity: its selling cap is your limit, not a claimed supplier stock number. Open local order quantities are conservatively deducted during synchronization. Supplier stock is shared with other sellers and can change before fulfillment.

Errors are shown per mapping/order and in command output; failed reads never replace existing data with fake zeros or success. Pause or uninstall stops future automation and keeps products/history. Before changing pricing rules or currency, pause sync and review your mappings. A connection cannot be replaced by a different supplier account.

Shipping and supplier orders

Enter an existing merchant order ID and complete destination details in the supplier app. Confirm you are authorized to share these details with the supplier. Only imported items belonging to that supplier are quoted/sent; other items remain your responsibility. Country/state/warehouse fields must match the supplier requirements. Shipping quotes are short-lived estimates, not customer checkout delivery fees.

Only orders recorded as paid can be submitted. Choose a live shipping option and explicitly confirm Create supplier draft once. CJ uses payType=3; Printful orders are created without fulfillment confirmation. No supplier payment or automatic fulfillment charge is authorized. Complete payment/release after review in the supplier dashboard. This is deliberate: no background process spends your balance or forwards unconfirmed customer information.

Submission is recorded before the API request. Repeated clicks cannot create another supplier order. A timeout or rejected submission stays visible and blocks resubmission; check its reference in the supplier dashboard and use Refresh status. Do not retry purchases blindly. Known supplier order status and tracking are refreshed hourly, or manually. They do not overwrite local courier bookings or mark customer orders delivered/paid automatically.

Refunds, returns, disputes, supplier cancellations, correcting rejected submissions, final price differences and customs are handled with the supplier and your customer. No automated supplier-charge, COD collection or refund service is included.
