Join the program

Developers, designers, agencies and marketers can create a free account and sign in. Verify your email, then accept these terms from your Partner Dashboard to generate your referral link. No merchant store is required. Existing developers and active merchant owners can use their current account.

Three separate workspaces

Merchant Admin is for managing your own store, orders and settings. Partner Dashboard at /partners is separate from Merchant Admin and handles referral links, referred stores, commissions, manual payout status and theme submissions. Dev Dashboard at /developers/dashboard is for building and submitting app listings. Links connect Partner and Dev dashboards using the same account; a second registration is not needed. A referral never grants access to a merchant's private orders, customers or store admin.

This division follows the concepts described in Shopify's official Partner Dashboard and Dev Dashboard overview: https://help.shopify.com/en/partners/manage-account/dashboard. Enterlumix is an independent platform. The 30% recurring subscription commission and manual payout rules below are Enterlumix rules, not a claim about Shopify's rates or eligibility.

Refer a new store

Share your personal link from the Partner dashboard. The store owner must open this link and complete a new store registration in that browser session. The latest referral link opened on the signup page is used. Attribution is permanent after registration, limited to one partner per store, and is not retroactive. Existing stores and self-referrals are not eligible. Do not impersonate Enterlumix or promise services the platform does not offer.

30% recurring commission

For as long as the referred merchant pays Enterlumix subscription fees, each eligible live, gateway-verified invoice earns 30% of its paid subscription amount, rounded to the nearest minor currency unit. Commission uses the actual invoice amount, not a plan's later price. Currency is preserved and balances are never combined across currencies. Free plans, sandbox tests, failed/unverified payments, zero-value invoices and duplicate callbacks earn nothing. Payments awaiting reconciliation are not eligible. Customer order payments and app/theme sales are not subscription payments and do not earn this commission.

Merchant subscription revenue, invoices and plan activation remain unchanged. Commission is a separate partner ledger. A callback retry cannot create a second commission for the same invoice.

Payouts

Payouts are manual. Contact the platform team to arrange payment and provide your payout details privately, not in an app listing or theme package. There is no automatic withdrawal or bank transfer. Super Admin records an external transfer reference only after sending funds and checking for refunds or disputes. Your dashboard shows Awaiting payout until this record exists. Do not treat an earned balance as money already transferred. Refund and dispute adjustments require platform reconciliation before payout; there is no automated refund processing in this initial program.

Build apps

Use Apps → Create app in the developer dashboard. Submit your listing for Super Admin review. Existing app review and publication rules apply. No arbitrary app code is executed and permissions on a listing do not grant API access. This program does not introduce paid app sales or an app revenue-share agreement.

Submit a theme

Open Themes in the Partner Dashboard, enter a name and description, a public HTTP(S) demo link and your own theme ZIP. The application cap is 20 MB; a lower server upload/request limit takes precedence and the form displays the effective maximum. Packages are kept privately for review; they are never extracted or executed on the live server. Only Super Admin can download submitted packages for review. Do not include secrets, customer data, malware or materials you do not have rights to distribute.

Super Admin approves or rejects each pending submission with notes. The result appears in your Partner dashboard. Approval records a review result only: production integration, compatibility checks and catalog publication are separate platform work. An approved package is not automatically merchant-installable. Rejected authors can submit a corrected package as a new review. Theme sales and theme revenue sharing are not enabled.
