Enterlumix account privacy notice

Information we use

Email verification uses the contact address you enter. Google sign-in can provide a provider account identifier, verified email, name and profile image. WhatsApp verification uses your phone number when Meta delivery is enabled; Apple sign-in is not currently offered. We also store your selected country, Terms acceptance, selected business purposes and store memberships.

Enterlumix does not ask for your mailbox, Google or WhatsApp password, contacts or personal chats. Provider authentication happens on the provider's own service. A full postal address is only available if separately supplied.

Verification and platform administration

Your contact destination and a five-minute verification code are sent through the configured email provider or Meta WhatsApp Business Platform when enabled. We store a hashed code for verification, not a reusable mailbox password. Requested authentication messages are not consent to advertising. Session cookies keep you signed in and identify your selected store.

Authorised platform administrators can view account identity, verification method, supplied country and associated stores to manage merchants and provide support. Identity providers and message-delivery services process information under their own privacy notices.

Help and account requests

Email [email protected] for access, correction or deletion. Our public User data deletion instructions explain requests for account or WhatsApp-linked data without signing in. We verify identity and authority and aim to complete deletion within 30 days or explain a justified extension, subject to mandatory deadlines. Store business/customer information and necessary tax, transaction, security and legal records can have retention exceptions. Never send passwords or OTPs.
