Enterlumix account terms

Effective 2026-10-26. These account terms summarise the full Enterlumix Terms of service for the live platform, operated by Sultan Mahmod in Bangladesh. Read the full terms for business contact details, acceptable use, content rights, availability and dispute handling. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

Your account

Use an email address or WhatsApp number you control. Keep verification codes private. You are responsible for your account activity and for ensuring your store content, products and customer-data handling comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

Stores and pricing

You can create multiple stores with one verified account. Eligible new stores receive a 10-day trial, followed by an introductory BDT 100 total for 2 months. After that, regular plan pricing applies as shown in store billing. Creating an account alone does not charge you.

Workspaces and service access

App development and partner workspaces use the same account. App submissions, partner referrals and payouts remain subject to their published review and programme rules. Do not abuse the service, impersonate others, or access data you are not authorised to use. Platform administrators may restrict access for abuse or inactive stores.

Cancellation and refunds

Request cancellation through support to stop renewal at the end of the current paid period. Request a refund within 14 days for a duplicate/incorrect charge or a paid platform service not being provided. Ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. See the full Billing, cancellation & refunds policy. Account deletion alone is not a cancellation instruction for every store.
